If the issue you are experiencing is not listed or resolved in an article on our support portal, please submit a ticket with the following info:
- Reason for the report (Include reported Player IGN/Server if pertaining to another user)
- Your account's email address / Nexon User ID (if you know it)
- Brief explanation of the issue or error you're experiencing.
- Error code you are receiving (if any) OR screenshot of the issue
- How you are launching the game (Nexon Launcher/Steam)
- Your Region (Character Name/Server is preferred)
Many reports do not require submitting a ticket, so before doing so, please make sure to utilize the in-game reporting systems so that your report is recorded in the correct section.
