I need help with a general Billing related issue. What can I do?

If you're experiencing a billing issue with your Nexon or MapleStory 2 account, please be sure to check out our articles listed under the MapleStory 2>Billing Services section for any common issues.

If the issue you are experiencing is not listed or resolved in an article on our support portal, please submit a ticket with the following info:

  • Your order number/Transaction ID
  • Which Payment method you're using
  • Are you trying to purchase NX Prepaid or Credit?
  • Your account's email address / Nexon User ID (if you know it)
  • Brief explanation of the issue or error you're experiencing.
  • Error code you are receiving (if any) OR screenshot of the issue 
  • How you are launching the game (Nexon Launcher/Steam)
  • Your Region (Character Name/Server is preferred)
