- Name of the item
- Brief explanation of the issue or error you're experiencing.
- Error code you are receiving (if any) OR screenshot of the game pertaining to your issue (inventory, item tooltip, etc.)
- How you are launching the game (Nexon Launcher/Steam)
- Your Region (Character Name/Server is preferred)
